How Acvire works

A practical walkthrough for setting up projects, finding leads, enriching data, writing outreach, managing deals, and using automations safely.

1. Start with a project

Create one project for each sales motion, target segment, territory, or campaign. The project keeps leads, team roles, text modules, mail accounts, calendars, deals, tasks, and automations in one workspace.

Describe the offer and target group clearly. Acvire uses this context for lead search, data enrichment, email drafts, scoring, and follow-up suggestions.

2. Add or find leads

You can import leads by CSV, search companies on the map, use commercial register data, or start AI lead search from a plain-language project description.

After importing or finding companies, review duplicates, tags, ownership, and project assignment before starting outreach.

3. Enrich data and verify contacts

Acvire enriches company and person data from available sources, adds context, and can start email discovery and verification for selected leads.

Use enrichment results as decision support. Review important fields before using them in campaigns, automations, or customer communication.

4. Work with tasks, calendar, and mailbox

Tasks show what needs attention next. Calendar connections synchronize appointments with Google or Microsoft, and the mailbox keeps conversations close to leads and projects.

Use the task cockpit and notifications to stay focused on overdue work, high-priority follow-ups, and incoming replies.

5. Create reviewed outreach

AI can draft subject lines, HTML emails, text blocks, campaign copy, and next-step recommendations from project and lead context.

Keep approval enabled for risky actions. A human should review outbound emails before they are sent.

6. Manage pipeline and deals

Use statuses, Kanban views, deal stages, products, discounts, taxes, and forecasts to understand where each opportunity stands.

Keep contact logs and tasks up to date so the pipeline reflects actual sales activity.

7. Automate carefully

Automations combine triggers, conditions, actions, AI steps, limits, and approvals. Start with templates, run tests, inspect logs, and only then activate workflows.

Use conservative limits for new workflows. Increase volume only after outputs, costs, and approval behavior are predictable.

8. Monitor usage and quality

AI usage, jobs, notifications, and activity logs help you understand what the system did and where follow-up is needed.

Review dashboards and reports regularly to compare lead quality, contact rate, tasks, deals, and conversion progress.
