These terms describe the use of Acvire by customers and users of Deep Platforms GmbH.
Scope and definitions
Acvire is provided by Deep Platforms GmbH for business use. The terms apply to access to the website, the application, related services, paid plans, trials, users, and customer data.
A customer is the contracting business entity. Users are people invited or authorized by the customer to use the account.
Account, access, and responsibilities
Customers are responsible for accurate account information, secure credentials, authorized users, and all activity under their account.
Users must not misuse the service, bypass security controls, interfere with the platform, upload unlawful content, or use Acvire for illegal, abusive, or misleading activity.
Services, plans, and billing
Available features, limits, AI credits, prices, and billing intervals depend on the selected plan. Paid subscriptions are processed through the configured payment provider.
Unless otherwise agreed, fees are due according to the active plan. Taxes, chargebacks, failed payments, plan changes, and cancellation rules follow the billing setup and applicable law.
AI features and customer review
AI-generated suggestions, emails, scoring, enrichment results, and automation outputs are support tools. Customers remain responsible for reviewing outputs before use.
Acvire does not guarantee that AI or enrichment results are complete, error-free, or suitable for every legal, commercial, or compliance purpose.
Data, confidentiality, and integrations
Customer data is processed to provide the service, operate integrations, synchronize mail or calendar data, support billing, and maintain security.
Customers must ensure that they have the required rights and lawful basis for importing, storing, enriching, and contacting leads.
Availability, changes, and termination
Deep Platforms may update, improve, restrict, suspend, or discontinue features where necessary for security, legal, technical, or operational reasons.
Accounts may be suspended or terminated if payments fail, terms are breached, illegal activity is suspected, or continued use would create risk for the service or other customers.
Liability and governing law
Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. The service is not a substitute for legal, tax, financial, or compliance advice.
Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, the terms are governed by German law and the competent courts follow the applicable statutory rules.
